Issue 3 explores the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) allegiance to individuals and politicians and a distrust among the populace. INEC’s long history of incompetence has not changed. The merry-go-round nature of the elections from one distrusted institution to another made a mockery of the electoral process from Adamawa to Nasarawa and down to Rivers State. We l look at how the elections, in spite of INEC’s played out in some parts of the country.
