The Elections are still with us
In our second issue, we look at what occurred on the ground during elections. Across the axis of Nigeria, from Kano to Port Harcourt, what did voters experience?
In Kaduna State, how did the APC swing the PDP votes in the presidential elections to the gubernatorial in three weeks?
We visit Lapai in Niger State to view the Presidential Election in poignant images.
In Rivers State we examine voters’ distrust in INEC and the electoral process.
On Sunday, 26th February 2023 while the collation of results was ongoing at the Tudun Wada Local Government Area office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano State, a group of thugs mobilized and attacked the Campaign Office of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) House of Representatives Candidate. We report on that gloomy sunday in Doguwa, Kano State that claimed the lives of no fewer than 16 people.
Elections have ended, but Nigeria is still reeling from the various results.
